The application process was simple overall, and it didn’t take me a crazy amount of time or anything. I wouldn’t say it was completely effortless, but it also wasn’t one of those projects where you immediately regret starting. The instructions were okay, though I did have to go back and reread a couple of sections because I wasn’t totally sure if I was understanding them right the first time. Once I got going, it applied fine for the most part, but near the edges it started to get a little messy and took some extra patience to clean up. So overall, not bad at all, just not quite as easy or smooth as I was hoping it would be

I picked the shade based on the photos because it looked really close to one I usually wear, but once I tried it on, it was way darker than I expected. My sister even noticed right away and said it didn’t really match my usual look. It might work fine for someone else, but for me the shade guide didn’t feel very accurate...

I checked the ingredients first. Always do. Used it and had no bad reaction at all. No itching, no redness. Felt safe to use...

I gave Brow Code a try for my brows and lashes, it was underwhelming. My brows looked a little darker at first, but the shape still didn’t really pop the way I was hoping. The lashes were basically the same story—super subtle and faded way faster than I expected. For the price, I was like, what a joke. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me, it just wasn’t worth it.

I ordered a few brow products from browcode.au and everything came exactly as I selected it. The shades, quantities, and items were all spot on with no mix-ups at all. I’ve had other sites send the wrong colours before, so this gave me a lot more confidence ordering from them. It was a simple order, but it was packed correctly and matched my confirmation perfectly. Really happy with the experience.

Just a little public warning if you’re worried about ending up with brows that look way too dark or obviously done, I was nervous about the same thing, but Brow Code turned out really well for me. It was easy to use, and the colour settled nicely after about a day. The finish looks natural and not overdone at all. A few people have even said my brows look good without it looking like I’ve done heaps to them. I’d definitely buy it again...

I ordered from browcode the products were good once they finally arrived. I can’t really complain about the quality, but the shipping was slower than I expected. It wasn’t a complete disaster or anything, I just thought it would show up a few days earlier. The tracking also didn’t really update much at the start, which made me wonder what was going on. I got my brows done and didn’t expect the colour to last as long as it did. It stayed looking good for weeks, and what I appreciated most was that it faded evenly instead of going patchy. It’s such a small thing, but having my brows look put together every day made my mornings feel a bit easier. Really happy with the result.

I’ve ordered from browcode.au a few times now, and I just feel like the quality has been really consistent. The tint actually lasts well, and it doesn’t have that cheap or harsh feeling that can make me nervous with brow products. The shades come out really nice too, which makes me feel more confident using them at home. Overall I’m really happy with what I’ve bought and I’ll definitely keep using them.

I ordered from Brow Code, but the product just wasn’t right for me. So I had to return it. Simple enough, I thought. But the return steps weren’t super clear, and I ended up emailing more than once just to figure out what was happening. They did get back to me. Eventually. But it was slow, and I felt like I was the one constantly following it up. Not awful or anything. Just annoying. The refund did come through in the end, but it took longer than I expected. I’d probably only order again if I was really sure I wouldn’t need to return anything.

I used this before heading out for the day, and even though I was kind of rushing because I still had to find my keys, my brows came out really neat and put-together. It was easy to use, looked professional, and lasted longer than I expected
